Bank of Valletta, one of the leading banks in Malta, offers a series of benefits in the form of reduced loan interest rates and other advantageous offers to students and recent graduates.
In order to promote these offers and encourage students to switch to BOV, the bank needed to launch a nation-wide campaign that would be appealing to its target audience. Bearing this in mind I opted to go for pencil illustrations of young, attractive models in the style of typical fashion illustrations. Completing a series of realistic, good-looking pencil portraits within the tight deadlines prevalent in the advertising world proved to be quite a challenge but the outcome addressed the brief spot-on.
